Feedback on a new resource to improve ease of movement
A PhD researcher at the University of Manchester has developed a new resource to help explain what Motor Imagery (MI) is for people with Parkinson’s. MI describes imagining a movement before carrying it out, such as imagining stepping forward before taking a step. This practice has been shown to improve movement in people with Parkinson’s.
The researcher wants your feedback on the resource before it is made widely available.
