Parkinson's UK launches new physical activity fitness videos
We've launched a series of new physical activity and exercise videos to help more people get active online and live well with Parkinson's.
Working with trained instructors and fitness coaches, the new physical activity videos feature accessible workouts at a high, medium and low intensity to help get more people moving online.
Each video lasts for around 30 minutes and includes warm-ups and cool-downs depending on the level of intensity and the types of activity.
You can try the videos from the comfort of your own home, or with friends and family, but we want as many people living with Parkinson's to take advantage of the new workout videos as possible.
The videos are part of our extensive physical activity playlist available to watch on YouTube. Whether you're active regularly, or you're just getting started, there's always an activity that's right for you.
