Can't Wait campaign toolkit
Here's how you can campaign for better Parkinson’s care across the UK. Get involved and make sure the voices of people with Parkinson's are heard.
Whether it’s your first time campaigning or you have experience speaking to MPs and healthcare professionals about services, we have some useful tips to help you get involved in our Can't Wait campaign.
What are we asking for?
Our community should have access to the right doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to live well with Parkinson's.
We want the NHS to have a plan that allows people with Parkinson’s to access consultants, nurses, physiotherapy, mental health professionals, and speech and occupational therapy. And we’re calling on new local integrated care boards (ICBs) to do that.
If you haven't done so already, you can write to your ICB using our form.
