Grants for physical activity providers
Our grant scheme helps fund activity providers to give people with Parkinson's more opportunities to get and stay active.
We provide grants of up to £3,000 to support physical activity projects for people with Parkinson's all over the UK.
The 2025 physical activity grants window has now closed.
Further applications will not be accepted.
If you have submitted a grant application, we will contact you soon to say if your application has been successful or unsuccessful.
If you have any queries about your 2025 grant application, please contact [email protected].
The physical activity grants will reopen in spring 2026.
Physical activity grants making a difference
Since the programme first started in 2021, more than £696,000 has been distributed to projects across the UK.
The funding has directly supported 299 local community groups, clubs, exercise professionals, activity providers and physios to deliver classes and active projects ranging from tai chi to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions across the UK.
How a grant helped me: Christine's story
Christine lives with Parkinson's and delivers Nordic walking classes for people living with the condition. In 2023, Christine received funding from our programme to deliver more sessions in Nottinghamshire. Find out how the grants helped more people with Parkinson's get into Nordic walking.
