Alison Yarnall, Clinical Research Fellow and Honorary Consultant Geriatrician at the Clinical Ageing Research Unit, Newcastle University, leads the Evidence-Based Practice working group.

Our aims

To establish concise evidence-based guidance on key topics associated with Parkinson's to contribute to clinical practice, decision making and knowledge.

Activity

Use of DatSCAN clinical summary and Critically Appraised Topics (CATs)
Falls and Parkinson's clinical summary and CATs
Assessment of mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson's (PD-MCI) clinical algorithm and CATs.
