Become a campaigner
Join a community of campaigners all working together for people with Parkinson's.
Campaigning is more important than ever right now. Cost of living. Access to better healthcare. NHS backlogs. We're fighting for people with Parkinson's.
And you can help. In a way that works for you. Fight for high-quality health and social care and a benefits system that helps everyone when they need it.
How can I help?
We'll be attending the autumn party conferences with volunteers to share what it's like to live with Parkinson's and ask MPs for their support in Parliament.
Personal stories are essential in raising awareness of what it's really like for people living with Parkinson's.
Join our team of volunteer campaigners working locally to address the needs of people with Parkinson's.

Campaigners and volunteers are vital to our work. Hear from some of them below on what it means to be involved.
Garth's story
"I have Parkinson’s myself, there’s a high chance I could develop dementia. It’s vital we improve the care for people in our community with the condition.
"I used to be a nurse, I’ve seen first-hand the impact poor care can have on people with Parkinson’s. The training social care workers receive isn’t good enough, it has to improve."
Ann and Andrew's story
"It was really interesting to be at the Conservative Party conference and see how it works. It was a chance to express yourself and raise concerns.
"The MPs we spoke to were interested to learn more about Parkinson’s and the issues we were raising.
"This was a chance to make a real difference."

Barrie's story
"When I started campaigning I wanted to increase understanding and awareness of Parkinson's.
"I've shared my experience about living with the condition with MPs at party conferences, in the media and also the problems I've had with my medication being changed from branded to a generic, with the health and social care committee in Parliament.
"Being able to share my experience is important, as I want things to improve for everyone living with the condition. And it's given me hope for the future!"
