There are all sorts of activities and services available to help you take control of life with Parkinson’s. With over 40 local support groups, exercise groups, singing groups, creative activities and our First Steps course for people newly diagnosed, there’s something for you. And our volunteer-led Scotland Development Team is always working on developing more.
