Live Loud! voice support programme

Live Loud! is a free, fun and sociable Parkinson’s UK voice support programme to help you practise speaking more loudly and clearly.

Who is it for?

Sessions are for people with Parkinson’s who want to maintain or improve the volume and clarity of their voice.

Where are the groups?

  • There are groups across Wales. Ask if there is one near you.
  • There are also online Zoom groups for people living anywhere in Wales.

When do they run?

  • Sessions run monthly at various times and days.

What activities do you do?

Our sessions are fun and varied. They include speaking tongue twisters, telling jokes, reading poetry and stories aloud, as well as breathing and facial exercises. We also have discussions, games and roleplays.
