Find local groups, support and social activities
There is lots of in-person and online support to help you live well with Parkinson’s. Search to find your nearest local group, emotional and practical support, health and wellbeing services or social activities.
Our Parkinson’s UK local groups are a great place to find friendship and support from other people living with Parkinson’s, including loved ones and carers. From pub lunches to research talks, there’s something for everyone. There are groups for younger people too!
Our specialist adviser team can provide information about any aspect of living with Parkinson’s, from financial support to medical issues. And we’ve hired extra staff so that we’re here for as many people as possible during the cost of living crisis.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have been living with Parkinson's for a while, or are a carer, loved one or friend of someone with the condition. Our forum is an active space to share and chat with others who really understand, at a time that suits you.

First Steps
First Steps is a free online programme designed for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and their family, friends and carers.
In 3 sessions, we’ll help you to take the first steps in making sense of your diagnosis. And we’ll empower you to start living well with Parkinson’s by providing you with the information and support you need.
