Help us understand your experience of NHS Talking Therapies
NHS Talking Therapies help people with their mental health. We want to hear about your experiences.
What are NHS Talking Therapies?
NHS Talking Therapies are confidential treatments delivered by trained and accredited NHS practitioners, aiming to help people, including people affected by Parkinson's, with their mental health. You don't need to be diagnosed with a mental health condition to use the service. You GP can refer you or you can refer yourself directly.

We want to know:
- if you know about your local NHS Talking Therapies service
- what your experience was like if you've used the service
- any reasons for deciding against using your local service
- any suggestions for improvements.
